Help Corporate Sync Question

I just configured a corporate sync account on my wife's Droid 2. Everything syncs fine but I noticed one issue.

If I add an event to her calender using her phone, it doesn't show up on her work calender. However, when I add it from her work calendar, it pushes it to the phone.

Is there something wrong or is it supposed to be like that? In other words, is it designed to push and not pull? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Depends which calendar you are adding the events to on the phone. If you add to the google calendar, it's not going to show in exchange, naturally.

Exactly what I was thinking. When you add an event, check which calendar is selected at the top of the add event page. On my phone, my work calendar is the default calendar so it comes up automatically. I can change it to add the event of any of the several Google calendars I have on my phone if I desire. It could be that the default is her Google calendar so when you're adding a new event via the phone, it is actually being added there.
