Root Correct ROM for Superpad III SAWEE10

manone

Lurker
Hello,

After tons of downloaded ROM's and weeks of webpages reading I' am still stuck in unbricking my Chinese tablet. These are my system specs:

Model: SAWEE10
Android: v2.3_20110926
Kernel: 2.6.32.9
Build: FRF85B
Mainboard: WWE101-MAIN (ver 3.4 2010/11/19)
Charger: 9V

No matter which version of ROM I have tested my device remains stuck at "Updating Image Linux-2.6.32.9" using a MicroSD prepared with WinHEX. Also the USB conection doesn't work anymore. It does start but freeze at Android green logo even if I left it for days. Can anyone help me with a correct ROM and flashing steps for this model? Many thanks in advance.

Thank you but I have no luck with those ROM versions. I believe that the only chance is to receive from somebody a recovery image for the same model.

People with tablets of the same spec as yours have reported that those firmwares work in their tablets, albeit with wifi problems after flashing. If your tablet wont complete a flash with that firmware you must have a hardware fault with your tablet. Have you tried replacing the internal tf card?

There is no easy way to dump an image from these tablets. your best bet to obtain the original firmware is to ask your tablet vendor for a link to it if the two links given in post #2 of the slatedroid link don't work (one is for 600*800 screens and the other is for 576*800 screens)
