Help Corrupt photos?

Hello

I transferred my holiday photos from internal memory to 32gb micro sd. It seemed to complete ok and some photos are visible but most seem to have gone corrupt. Just a jumble of letters and numbers. Is there anyway to fix this? Ive attached couple screenshots.

I suspect it's a faulty Sd card.
