Help Corrupted files from moving them

I was moving all my videos and pictures from a concert to a separate folder so that I could easily transfer them to my computer. While they were moving it suddenly said I had full storage so I deleted some apps to open the gallery app and all of the files I had tried to move were corrupted. Is there any way I can get them back? I'm not sure how this happened because I've moved files like this many times without any problems. I have an S6.

Edit: I moved the files to my computer and it says they are empty.

Where were the files you were moving, internal storage or removable card? If on a removable card take it out, stick it in a card reader, attach to a computer and any file recovery software will do the job. Try not to use the card in the meanwhile, as you may overwrite the data. If in internal storage it's less likely: there are applications that claim to be able to recover files from internal storage, but real user reports of them working are not so common.

Be careful because the wolves are circling as far as Data Recovery on Android. A lot of malware. If you can scan a package for virus I suggest you do it prior to installation.

I've used EaseUs products before, they will try to sell you the pro version. The second one is from a trusted source, it might not work though.
