Cortex A9 ARM Processor Android 4.0 TV Box Multimedia Player w/ WiFi / HDMI / Ethernet TTH-80871

Hi I need some help, I have the above TV Box, and there is a problem with it, everything works just fine until you try to write to SD. For some reason the SD is mounted only if formatted EXFat, with any other it will get stuck in checking errors. Tried 3 different SD cards all the same. When I try to write to Sd it writes and then crashes and wipes the card clean again. I also am unable to see or access the internal nand storage of 4gb. Any ideas please.

I have same item and is broken (wrong firmware) .
I need original firmware or upgrade firmware.

Yes it does look like its a firmware problem. The thing is where to get the update if one exists cause otherwise its a decent box really.

This appears to be the company that make them but there are no updates yet.
