Costco return policy on Razr?

I am thinking of getting the Razr at Costco but am confused about their return policy. Some threads seem to indicate costco has a 30 day return where one can return a phone to Costco within 30 days and exchange for another phone entirely. I ask because I was at Costco on Friday and asked the guy that question because I'm thinking about getting the Razr and then exchanging for the Galaxy Nexus if I don't like it. But the guy told me I could only return within 14 days. In case it matters, I would be a brand new customer on a new line (currently using my Nexus One on AT&T.

Anyone know for sure what Costco's return policy is? Thanks!

As Skidude said, it's a 14 day return/exchange policy at Costco. Although, the Costco I went to wasn't sure if they'd be getting the Nexus, and several leaks have stated that initially, it would only be available online.

The nice thing about Costco is that they have a 90-day exchange policy, where if something goes wrong with your phone, you can take it back to them within 90 days and get a new phone (same model).

I just got the Razr by trading in my Bionic. I got shoo'ed from the first Costco, and treated like crap. I then called another Costco and they said they would absolutely exchange phones... as long as it was within the 90 days.

I just exchanged my d3 for the razr 87 days from original purchase. the kiosk rep noted I only had 3 days left for exchange, so clearly THEIR policy is 90 days.


However, they would not honor the accessory bundle...that is only good if within 30 days of original purchase/contract
