"Could Not Send" Notification

I'm getting a red popup notice that says "Could not send. Message will be sent when service is available."

i do have service, messages are being sent and the notice just keeps popping up every 15 seconds
even though i'm not trying to send any messages.
Anyone else?

Try clearing cache in your messaging app. Should be in settings/apps/your messaging app/clear cache. Then force stop it. It may just be stuck in a loop, hopefully that will clear it up.

I cleared all app caches with my security app and that worked - Thank you!!
