Could someone suggest a good GPU overclock?

I have STweaks and Cpu overclocking is easy, but when I mess around with the gpu it can sometimes mess my UI up or make benchmarks worse and games lag.

If someone could can you suggest a good frequency for overclocking the gpu please.

I only ever upped it to 533 and had to up voltage to cope with that but honestly for me, 440 is fine so I dont bother.

I only ever did that with a 5 step config though, so 4th step remains 440, otherwise I found 533 too much of a step up and I didn't want to lose the lower end
