Could the sidekick 4g be unlocked to simple mobile?

I am looking into the SideKick 4G, I just don't like contracts...

Could it be unlocked to use on Simple Mobile? I mean with 4G/3G speed and talk/text? if so how would I do that?

I am a iPhone user so please excuse me if i am asking like a obvious question or anything like that.

Most likely, if there already isn't a way to unlock it, people are working to unlock it. The only way you'll have 4g (not sure about 3g) is if the phone is on tmobile, because each carrier's 4g network has small differences that make it only availible to their 4g phones. You'll still have 2g, again unsure about 3g, you so you'll still be able to use the internet text and talk. Just not as fast.
