could this apple injunction thing really happen?!?!?!

apple just won the temporary injunction to ban the nexus devices as everyones been reading about but what do u guys thinks are the chances of the injunction becoming permanent and banning all future nexus devices in the u.s? do u think this will really actually happen when it comes down to it? i love my nexus device as many of u do and i would be beyond pissed if this actually went through
 
Typical big business flexing their muscle... This is exactly the reason I will never buy an apple product.

I haven't heard of this, I'll look it up. :)
 
No, just like the crap that HTC just went through at most they might have to make a couple of software mods to bring them into compliance.

I'll rephrase my comment...

I don't know enough about any company... I just don't like apple...

Linux appears to be a threat to both apple and microsoft. I stay strictly linux except an old xp computer to reformat phones. :)

Just the U.S.

US law ends the minute you leave its territories.

By the way, even if it were to become a permanent ban, that just means Samsung can't sell direct to carriers in the U.S. This means nothing to 3rd party retailers located outside the US. You would still be able to buy a Nexus, just not from Samsung.
 
OK - but I bought mine from Amazon UNLOCKED. I just selected the one with TMO bands. It had no stuff from TMO on it. If the newer phones had all bands - then GSM would just use SIM card.

I'd like one of the newer rumored Nexus phones when they appear.
