My phone is LG P715, rooted, I found it's PlayStore and Hangouts not working few days before, (the PlayStore with message of "no connection").

No use of uninstall updates and install them again, no use of deleting caches.

So I decided to make "Factory Reset". I did, then I turn it on after "Factory reset", the "Start Up Wizard" ask me the language prefer, set connections and ask me to sign in Google account.

I signed in with my account, then it gives a message " Couldn't sign in, account xxxxxx@gmail.com is already exist in this device. The "next" button bring me back to "sign in".

I tried to create a new one and proceed, it comes same, "Couldn't sign in, .......exist in this device." , looping... ...

It also comes with messages "com google... ... gapps stop working".

My phone is now like a piece of glowing brick.

Please help.

Hi Nef,
Sounds like the user data wasn't wiped properly during the factory reset...
I would recommend trying to boot to recovery and clearing dalvik cache, cache and then perform a factory data reset again. Reboot and see if it has cleared the user data this time.

Let me know if that works for you!

How can I boot to recovery? Power+ Camera? Power+ Home? Power+ UpVol? Camera+UpVol? I have tried all of these, it just go back to the "Start Up wizard".

Power + VolDown +Camera does the recovery boot, in seems to remove the account I signed in. Then I proceed to sign in, it pops up

"Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped",

"Google+ has stopped"

"Talk has stopped"

Then went to a screen ask for "Back up and restore",
and then "Google and location"

suddenly flash up "setting screen"

then back to "add a google account".
