Countdown Timer

[leoric1928]

Good day,

I would like to create a timer but don't know how to achieve this..
I am new to android so pls be gentle...

I want to create a timer like this...

01 hour
02 mins
00 secs

01:02:00

when clicking the start button, it will start the countdown...

01:02:00
01:01:59
01:01:58
01:01:57
...
01:01:00
01:00:59
01:00:58
....
01:00:00
00:59:59
00:59:58

and so on...

how to achieve this? I tried experimenting with Countdown Timer but can't achieve it.

Hope someone can help. tia

Well, I can do it in the default clock app.

I open clock, click the timer tab, enter 01:02:00, and press start. It does it correctly. I use a Samsung Galaxy SL by the way.
