Help Country of origin for each android apk

Hi,

I am a newbie to android and was curious so came tout to Android forums for information

i have many apk installed on my nokia 7 plus and wanted to know of any known apk existing that would tell the name/ details of developer/ his country and not just its communicating servers ( which I think intrace does)

i doubt there is anything like that. you will just need to do that on your own, unfortunately.

Dev contact details for apps can often be found in the Play Store. Sometimes there's name with a full street address, sometimes it's email only.

Even if a dev doesn't publish their address, sometimes the servers an app communicates with can be a give away, like if the servers are in China, that's more than likely where the app came from.

Why would you be able to tell this from the apk?

As said above, you'd have more chance by looking in the Play Store listings. But note that these things aren't static: apps that start with one developer are sold to others, so what starts as a Russian app might become Spanish and then American, Chinese or Martian.
