Root Couple quick questions

So, I have a rooted LG Volt (obviously) and I was just wondering a couple thing...

1) Is there a way I can disable the charging animation thing that pops up on the bottom of my screen when you plug the cord in? (Screenshot attached for better clarification)

2) A way to disable and/or enable the "double tap" to wake up the screen?

I believe if you have a custom rom you can disable both but i dont know which rom is it

You don't need a custom rom; you can uninstall plug and pop with something like es file explorer (I suggest making a backup in a custom recovery first in case you accidentally delete the wrong thing)

Double tap to wake should be in gestures in the settings.
