Cover/battery pack disturbs gps signals!

Hi, as the title, i have this issue with my last model of battery/cover for S3 phone.

Everytime I use this cover my navigator loses the gps signal and when i toggle the phone the gps continues to work regurarly.
How can i solve the issue?

Seriously,I'd ask for my money back from whoever you purchased this from & get the MOPHIE model.It has a 1yr warranty & none of the GPS issues.

You should be able to get it a bit cheaper on AMAZON,or,any other e-tailer of your choosing.

Thank you for precious suggestion. I didn't know the Mophie cover for S3 but the cost is very very expensive. .:eek:
On Amazon i cannot buy less 100Eur, shipping included..:(
 
Yeah,it is expensive.

I'm sorry I didn't have any other suggestions,but,your options are limited.Unless you just got a defective unit,there is something inherently wrong w/this model of battery case.

FWIW,I can attest that the MOPHIE case works w/o interfering w/GPS.For a short while,I had one myself,but,found it to be too bulky compared to an extended battery & definitely no where near the life of this:

I have another cover/battery pack of a model precedent but it recharges very slow the phone when i recharge phone+cover together...and if i use the phone its battery discharge slowly until to turn off the phone despite is recharging...
The power supply is 1A output current..

This is original charger and cable and in fact i'm not used to recharge cover+phone together through this components.
Tonight i just try them...;)
 
Anyway in my car i cannot use that adapter..and my car-charger cannot recharge without the issue that i wrote...:(
