CP crash upload mode

I am getting this "CP crash upload mode" often in my Samsung Galaxy Pocket. I can't switch on/off my mobile when this error appears.I need to remove the battery and then have to put it again to view my screen. How to get rid of this error?Is this because of any uncompatiblity with the Apps installed? Will this make my mobile to get spoiled (Mine is quite new Mobile)? Please advise.

This message is frequent if you didn't insert the memory card properly. You will be getting a "Memory card Symbol" continuously in the top right corner of the mobile. Since SD card is not mounted properly Copy cmd is not working. This is the issue. And also avoid using net in Low battery conditions. Now I get rid of this ERROR
