cpcu 520 app

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Y phone. When I go to the Google Play page to buy an application named CPCU 520, there is a message that the device is not supported. The phone comes with a android os v 2.3.5 i believe, which is an acceptable version as per the details on the app page, since it is mentioned the app is supported on android version 2.1 and latest than that. Can someone let me know what the reason for the problem is?

Could be anything, like the developers not putting your device as compatible, your device's screen resolution is too low (the Y is a low end phone with low screen resolution), or maybe it needs a faster processor.
