Root CPU and Over clock settings

I am new to root. I plan to learn more about it, but in the interim, I just want to make sure that I have my settings correct on my Droid Razr M (Jellybean 4.1.2). I have the app No-frills CPU Control set at:
Max- 1.512 GHz
Min- 1.242 GHz
Governor- Powersave
I/O- Schedule cfq

Any recommendations/suggestions?
