Alright guys,

I have a bit of a query. My P4HT 3.00ghz with 1.5 gig of ram, Its still going strong, Only thing is at the minute its a bit sluggish compare to what it normally runs at, See i only use it mainly for PS and messing around with different software ya see, But yesturday like i was saying it was runing pretty sluggish, So i checked the usage %s of the VM and the CPU, And with oonly google chrome running it was using like 75% of my CPU power and about 60% of my VM, I know this is not good and i am stumped in what it could be ?. Its windows Vista HP. No overclocking or any thing soo is it a case of it been F****ed?. Or it there a solution to my computer being greedy for my CPU and VM Cheers,

sounds like some kind of background process is running and using your cpu may need to monitor those and kill the ones that don't need to be running.

Thing is i dont have any thing i can think of to be running ya see, Alls i use the it has an antivirus, google chrome photoshop and some other bits and bobs. Thing is it was an upgrade install ya see, So i didnt have to wipe my drives, Do you reckon i need to do i full wipe and install?. its got me stumped thats all cause when it was on XP it was fine kept the cpu usage down to a minumal.

Alright then, Thats cool thank you for your help, I always thought that
vista was a bit heavy excellent i will give that ago then thank you.
