Help Cpu speeds?

What is the average cpu speed for a galaxy apollo?
How high can i safely go with this?
And does anyone know the optimum level were the phone will safely perform best?
 
Lowest I would suggest is around 120mhz.

Highest for the phone is 667mhz.

Average for the phone is about 200-300mhz.
