CPU Stats

So I'm just curious to find out who else is running there CPU stupid fast and possible effects it could have on my phone. I use quadrant standard to run bench marks and my current stats are- Total:: 2676- CPU:: 5737- MEM:: 1970- I/O 3129- 2D:: 273 and last 3D:: 2272. I've been told I'm running stupid fast and in fact so fast its unsafe for my phone and I should change my settings. Being new to all this, is what everyone saying true? The only thing I have noticed so far is my phone gets insanely HOT. Anyways let me know what you guys think thanks!

P.S- I'm also running the legit ice cream sandwich rom. And my phone doesn't even recognize itself as a razr anymore.

I think you answered your own question...if it gets "insanely" hot...I'd slow things down a bit, or install a cooling system

Disclaimer: I don't know squat about these phones, but if it was an overclocked PC...the above would be good advice.
