Root CPU usage staying at 100%, making my battery drain

What could be causing this? Its destroying my battery and I'm using the conservative governor. Cm10.1, Mac kernel, eng 1.04...

I'm at 79% after using my phone for like 30 minutes. This is causing my CPU speed to stay at the highest clock. I'm considering reflashing the ROM, I've already reflashed the kernel.
