i have this phone i just brought its screen is crack it shows the reboot menu then it says use enter button but the enter button is crack . is there another way i can reboot it

Without knowing what device it is, I'm not sure.
Can you pull the battery if applicable?
There may be some apps available to reboot your phone but most, if not all require root.
Or you may be able to replace the screen personally or have someone replace it for you.
