Hey,
I have only had my samsung galaxy s2 for two month when the screen stopped working. I sent it into Optus and the told me it is a cracked LCD.
Firstly there is not a LCD in the phone so i assume they mean the AMOLED is cracked but i could not see any visible damage. Then they are charging me nearly 300 bucks to fix.
Is it possible to crack the display but not the glass?
And can this come under warranty as if this was due to impact i assume it would have cracked the glass?
Hoping for answers soon as so I can get back to Optus.
Thanks,
