Help cracked g1 screen

hey, cracked my g1 screen a while ago, and i want to replace the digitizer. I know the LCD is not cracked, i know how to solder and can do this. One question, if anyone can clarify this for me:

Is this all i would need? I have the tools already, just asking about the digitizer itself to fix my phone.

Chanigng the screen on G1 is not as easy u think....its one of the toughest phone to dissamble and assemble...i would recommend you to go to repair center that specializes in HTC Repair....i got my G1 fixed at this repair center u might also give it a shot HTC G1 Repair
