Help Cracked Screen Need Info! :(

I recently cracked the screen of my HTC and now it will no longer work and I can't unlock it or do anything with it. I have another phone but there are a lot of photos that I want to get off of it and it won't connect to my computer. Does anyone know a way I can 'hack' into my phone to retrieve my information off of it?
 
Sorry, am new to the whole forum thing in general and am finding the site a bit confusing... How do I navigate to the right section for a wildfire S?
 
Usually if your phone won't connect to the computer, it's more of a computer problem. Make sure you phone is on and that you have the latest drivers. If you don't have the drivers installed, install HTC sync (You can get it from the official website) and when you plug it in use the 'Mass storage' option
