foster child wanted to see if screen would crack and bent it back. Hey presto- It did- in three places. where can I replace screen

If you have any sort of warranty/insurance plan through your mobile carrier, they will probably repair the screen or replace the device.

I would probably talk to your carrier first, and if they cannot help you, you might try contacting the manufacturer of the phone.

As Roger mentioned, without knowing your location we can't help you locate a specific shop but if you Google search screen repairs in your area, you might have luck finding a local shop.
