Right way:
Bring it to a repair shop and pay to have it fixed.
Wrong way:
Buy a new screen (it's cheap), remove the old screen, replace it, come back here asking why the phone doesn't work, take it to a repair shop and pay a lot more money for them to fix what you broke.
