cracked touch screen lock will not unlock

I have a zte n860 with the crack screen everything works but I cannot slide the lock screen. do I need to replace the cracked screen
 
If the screen is not sensitive to touch, you will need to replace the screen and digitizer. You should be able to pick up the part on Ebay for 20-30 bucks. If you're in a hurry make sure you buy from someplace that specifies US shipping. Most US shippers say that in the picture. If you buy from China or Honk Kong shippers your order could take 2-4 weeks to arrive...
