Yeah, I just tried it as well and it's not working for me either. You could try contacting the site to see if they know about it or have a fix coming. You can still use your web browser to go to their site and watch though, that works. Takes a little longer but works.

Won't work for me either (SCH-i535) VZW GS3.
I just was checking here to see if anybody else was having issues. Guess I'm not alone. I noticed over on AndroidCentral, some people say it works fine for them. Of course, nobody mentions what version they have. For all I know, they have the international version. Hmmmm.
