Crap Phone Call Quality....

Anyone else have very low phone call quality? Sometimes I can barely hear the other person, extremely disappointed with this....the PHONE aspect should be the main thing....really annoyed with this.

My buddy had that issue with his I4 at first too. He fixed it by removing the plastic covering on the speaker that the phone shipped with.

lol sold it already... factory reset you should have done :D and everything would probably be ok. probably wasn't the phone's fault anyway. Mine works great with voice calls never had a problem hearing people.

Factory reset was the first thing I did.

Phone call quality is close to excellent. on par with some of the best phones i've had in the past.

another one saying N1 has a crappy call quality.. hmm.. I can't really tell you anything.. but I don't have bad quality, actualy I don't even know what you mean by "volume/sound"..

He means the overall volume on the phone, whether watching YouTube, listening to music, it just doesn't seem loud enough, Im getting my captivate soon so I'll compare.

with the volume on the speaker I can agree.. it's very poor. I don't really use it that much so I didn't notice.

My main problem with the speaker is that when you are using it, it is on the back of the phone, and unless you redirect the volume with your hands, or something else, you lose quality and volume. Definitely not a deal breaker since when I want/need quality I'll be using headphones.

The best speakers on a phone I've had so far was a samsung sync, which was a flip phone that had stereo speakers on it's shoulders which were in good placements if it was opened or closed.
