Need more info:
* Define "crash" (ensure we are on the same page)
* Where does it crash (homescreen, in Settings, in all or certain apps?)
* When does it crash? (right after booting, when opening app, after app has been running?)
* How often does it crash? (immediately, intermittently, when multi-tasking, etc?)
* What Android version? (I'm guessing 4.4.2, but you never know!)
On a very general level, you can try this, if you have not already done so:
* If it only happens with certain apps, try going into Settings > Manage apps, try clear cache and data and then rebooting. Note that clearing data will remove any customizations or configuration, so back up data first, or screenshot/write-down the details first.
* Search online for how to do a Recovery Boot for your device (usually involves pressing and holding certain button combination while powering up. Once in the Recovery menu, clear system cache (may also be calledm "wipe cache partition"), and then reboot.
