Crashes

I'm having trouble with something called Market Feedback Agent. It seems to be some kind of system app. Also, Photos keeps crashing. Are they related? What can I do about this?

They both keep crashing. I bet it has something to do with how overstuffed this phone is. It's almost 32 gb and 20.26 of 59.45 sd. I keep clearing caches and getting rid of apps but it does little if any good. Most of the time I can't even take a screenshot.

Which phone (make & model) and which version of Android is it running?
If it'd a 32GB version and that's nearly all used, can you clear some things like photos, movies and music which can be moved to the SD card. If not, just deleting some apps you don't use much to free some space might help.

It is a Samsung Galaxy A20S (supposedly) and a 32 gb, with Android 10. I think I have moved some to sd (64 gb), but not all. I have deleted apps, cleared caches, etc. Would it help to force stop or disable some? Can I even root this thing if it is full to' bursting?

You should be able to root your phone, have a look at xda-developers.com for Galaxy A20, there's a couple of custom ROMs for the A20 All variants and a TWRP custom recovery (you'll need that to install a root solution (most likely Magisk) or a custom ROM (There's a de-bloated Stock Samsung Android 10 ROM that might suit you better than the standard bloated version. Oh, and you'll need ODIN on your (Windows) PC

How do I get all that stuff? Is it safe to do this with a semipublic computer? How long does it take? What do I do if it goes wrong?

this is the guide for rooting the a20....however, this thread:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...-q-complete-guide-for-the-a20-a205xx.4095589/
mentions that rooting the a20s is a work in progress. from the op:
For A20s (A207) a root method has not yet been devised.
They are working on it here

and yes a semi-public computer should be fine. as you only need the necessary files and use the computer to enter commands. i see no risk in passing on personal info this way.

hard to say how long it will take, but i would give yourself at least a couple of hours.

that is where reading and asking questions here about the process will help you before your try rooting any device. the main thing is that you need to do your research before taking the plunge.

......but like i said, as of right now, it is not possible. but they are working on it. you can follow along in the link within the quote.

I think the screenshots are causing the biggest problem. Is there a way to get them all, past, present, and future, to go to sd automatically? Is it possible to bypass internal storage and go straight to sd? Would it help to convert them from png to jpg? Why are they different formats in the first place?

Would it do any good to hook it up to a semipublic computer? Could I somehow relieve the pressure (ha) on it? Moving things to the pc is not an option because I do not own it. Maybe I should save up for one..
