Help Crashing Apps

Does anyone else have problems with app's crashing quite often?

i have a few games and other apps crash (some rated 4 stars and above in the market)
i have had messaging crash a few times, plus the phone has crashed totally while trying to receive calls

I have re-installed the ROM and it has not helped. still on 1.5 too, 3 Australia have yet to roll out 1.6.

So are you rooted ... or did you do a factory reset ..?

Not Rooted, just factory reset (from the HTC website.. )
