Help Crashing Phone !!

my phone just freezes & then crashes & wont reboot for about 5 minutes or so, then after it does, as soon as i try to use it , it just freezes & crashes again
does anyone know how to fix this ? & also, it's a non-removable battery

can you tell us what make and model the phone is and anything you did/installed just before this happened?

Its a blu life pure mini & I didn't really install anything recently before this happened I just pulled it out of my pocket & saw it frozen ,after it just reboot itself & just today it started doing crashing & rebooting constantly without giving me a chance to even unlock my phone

Have you tried to update the firmware or wiping cache only cache nothing else
