crashing

Can anyone tell me why my motorola charm keeps crashing mainly what it do is after a call. It wil hang and can't call out i have removed. Everything i have reset the phone but still doing the samething of anyone can help please PM me!!!

It's difficult to diagnose problems that aren't common. If a factory reset doesn't restore the phone's functionality, then it most likely is a hardware fault. If it's under warranty, you may need to get a replacement.
