Create a chat app

i am looking to launch a community chat app where users can live chat directly from a website and also from an android app, so it is all synced together in the cloud plus listen to our bands music.

The 2 most important features are to let users listen to our songs(we can post them anytime and everyone can listen instant) and also live chat so everyone can group chat, private message with band members.

We would also like to send push notifications to everyone letting them know about announcements, when we post new songs and other stuff.

Can anyone recommend a software that can do this and get the apps live in the app stores?

Skip the app side of things, and just do it all on the web... then you can use twitter/facebook etc for notifications
