Create a video file

Hello,
I'd like to create a video, from a MP4 file and an audio track (MP3 file for example). The audio should start at a given timing position.
I've tried with MediaExtractor and MediaMuxer classes, but without success.

Apparently you're looking to do something more involved than just recording a video and doing some basic editing to it.
I'd recommend you opt to use a desktop computer/laptop instead. Something like the bundled iMovie on a Mac is more capable and able to do what you're asking.
My preference when working on these kinds of tasks are 'Audacity' for audio and 'AVIdemux' for video/audio. Both are free and available for Linux, Mac, and Windows.
