Help create alarm with max volume

arsemo

Lurker
After upgrading to 4.3 when creating a new alarm, and choosing more, the slider for sound volume is set to about 75 % of max Level. I want it to be 100% as default. But I can't find any way to change this. Please help.

I don't know which alarm you're using, but most of them have a default maximum in Settings. Try Alarm Clock Plus (free at the Play store).

I would rather not use an app here. I'm happy with built in alarm settings except that default level of sound is not set to maximum. I've checked two other galaxies as well, that has been upgraded to 4.3. All of them have default level of audio set to 5/7. This is regardless of which tune is selected. Especially annoying that when you want to adjust the level up to the maximum the tune starts playing. When you sit in a meeting and need to create an alarm it is almost impossible to adjust the level of the sound without the tune being played.

How is this a problem? Just slide the volume to max or do as another member said and get an alarm app.
