Creating improved advest loader with Prompt while you click "Yes" or "No" Do we have here or not?

Hello everyone,

I don't know if community is for Android developer forum.

Do we have advest loader with prompt because it disturbs me if I am trying like swiping game than it opens to Play Store. That is really harmfully.

I would like to create how do I understand with adding prompt ( "Run" or "Skip" )

You know I really hate who doesn't care with Prompt-Acceptance that is why it crashed sometimes under Android 8.1 or eats much power of battery. I really want save power and I want that we have Prompt Acceptance into AdLoader. Do you know how do I create simple Adloader like Google Api?
