We have had no issues, but Credo does not have a big phone selection and hate no card to take out if I want a different phone.I've been with Credo for several years, extending way back when they were still named Working Assets. (Not absolutely positive but I think they've always contracted with Sprint.) I live in the Chicago area, no real complaints about their coverage quality. It's been usable in the city proper, outlying suburbs, no problems in central IL either. Drove down to southern FL a few times and no problems with call quality. Also OK in most of Maui. Sprint's 3G service is OK, but there are times when it can get sluggish, connecting via wifi is preferable. But I won't knock it too much, from what I've seen of others using other carriers it's not bad at all. Of course depending on where you live, YMMV.
