Help crop tool is crap ?

hi everyone, i am facing two issues with my s3.
1) screen rotation is not working in gallery when i am viewing images. It is working during the thumbnail view of folders and images but not when i am opening images.
2 ) crop tool is also not working properly,sometimes the 'boxes' and 'diamonds' responds to touch and sometimes not. They do not respond 90 % of the time.
please help.

if you go onto your samsung apps app, theres an editor with the same icon as gallery from the same family by the looks of it its pretty decent and loads better it could be an addon im not sure..

Its not a general issue. Crop on my S3 works fantastic. In fact, it is so refreshing to have some real tools after coming from Motorola's lackluster tool set.

There are a lot of photo editing apps out there.

I use quickpic for viewing and cropping. Works much better than the stock gallery. Samsung does have a good editor with more effects and tools, but you need to download it separately. I use it when I want to do special effects.

thanks everyone for your inputs but screen rotation is not working when I am viewing individual pics, an icon appears on top of the screen, touching it rotates the screen while screen rotation is working perfectly in my friend's s3.
