CS Strat App Request

[Hayze]

Hey, was wondering how possible it would be to create something like this (CS Strat)

GameBanana: (Tools > FPSBanana > Other/Misc > )

Even if it's dumbed down greatly it would be useful if I have a quick idea I wanted to create or change in spare time/on the go.
Thanks
