Cube U23GT rom reloading

Hi all,
I was recently handed a tablet which appears to be stuck in a boot loop. When I try to get into recovery mode, it displays the android with red triangle and exclamation mark. I have tried to contact the manufacturer twice, and have not heard back from them at all. There is no information anywhere on the internet on how to reload the factory ROM (however I found a link on arctablet forums which briefly run through installing a rooted rom, but I want to install the factory rom). Anybody able to help, suggest some links to other forums, posts, tutorials or downloads?

What exact model tablet do you have? That sounds like the stock recovery as well.

Cube U23GT is actually the make and model of tablet (Cube being the manufacturer, U23GT being the model). I understand that this may be a common problem and the manufacturers are less than useless for support.
