Cubot X6 - keyboard input ?

Hey

I just bought a Cubot X6 and am very impressed with it but I've got one little gripe and that's the input method using the keyboard.
There's a QWERTY input like you'd expect, but I much prefer the phone style keys using predictive text as it's a lot quicker IMHO. As a bloke, my fingers aren't exactly sausage thick, but they're still a bit big to use the QWERTY input very quickly and I often press "SPACE" instead of a letter on the bottom row of the keyboard.

Can anyone tell me if there's a workaround available so I can use the phone layout instead ??

Thanks for looking :)

hi, there are quite a few other keyboards out there, just check the Google Playstore.

How about trying something like Swiftkey, where you can slide across the keyboard instead of typing, or better yet, the new Google keyboard is really good.

some Chinese keyboards can emulate the old phone layout, Sogou is one of them, but you'll have to put up with a bIt of Chinese in the menus and the app.
