the good thing with the program is that it syncs the subtitles witch are in the movie folder in srt file and that its preety fast.
Maybe u know some other program to do the same job??
thanks a lot in advance!!!

If you download Rockplayer or Arcmedia from the market, they will play most video formats without the need to convert. The only file types you will have an issue with are .wmv files with DRM.

I think Rockplayer will even handle the srt subtitle files too.

hmmm thx for fast answer...the thing is that when i convert the files they get smaller in size witch means more movies to get in the card..
like lets say,i get an .avi and its 700mb..i dont want to put that in the card and watch it..isnt it better to convert for smthing that the mobile can handle easier and smaller size??

As long as the resolution of the video is less than that of the screen (800x480), generally speaking, you'll be fine. I watch 700MB avi downloads ll the time using Rockplayer and I've only had an issue with 1 vid. It turned out my PC didn't really like it either.

As for the size, how many movies do you want on there? The SD card that came with the phone is 8GB, so there should be at least 5GB of space to play with. More if you delete the cached map data. It should be ample unless you're away from home for extended periods of time?

i dont want to add-remove things all the time..for example im downloading "the shield" tv serie witch is 7 seasons..i want to convert lets say 10 episodes and because i travel a lot watch them on my way to where i want to get to:P
thats what i did with the iphone add lots of episodes watch them and when im done with them delete and replace :P
Ur ideas are good, ye ok but if im able to do it the old way why not :P

Try doubletwist then, that converts (I think), never used it though.

Also look at Handbrake for conversion. Never used it, but it's quite popular I think. I use Winavi myself.
