Well.. since I spent quite a few days on this and found no answers ... I figured I'd post it here just in case. Because it sucked knowing I had tons of storage yet was still getting "insufficient storage". So if anyone actually still owns this phone and hates having to go to a 3rd party for your apps, use this app.
