Is it possible to take parts from some androids and mix them with other androids and make a custom android phone that has exactly what you want? If you can imagine all the possibilities.

Thanks i'm going to look forward to this project being done and making a phone if it isn't overpriced.
But also i'm looking for scrapping phones that already exist and putting their pieces together

Not nearly as easy I'm afraid.

The drivers for the hardware is closed source... so i imagine it'd he a real hack job to get them all communicating correctly.

The project is pretty awesome and my roommate is actually helping design some of the ads and such for it so I'm getting some nice "behind the scene" news about it
