Root Custom Animation for Nexus 7: What am I doing wrong?

Hi everyone,

I made this custom boot animation for my Nexus 7 and it "kinda" works. By kinda I mean it's smaller than I want and before the animation there is a quick flash of a white screen.

I looked up other people's animations and can't seem to get it right for myself.

How can I correct this for my Nexus 7, and also I am thinking of putting it on my LG Optimus V as well.

Errrmmm... this is an apk... not a bootanimation

This was compiled using a Java script. You install the APK then you have the option of using it as a Live Wallpaper. Sorry, I guess I should have been more descriptive.
