Custom Boot Animation

Anyone try making a custom boot animation? I'm pretty good with Photoshop and if someone knows how it can be done on the exhibit2 I'd love to do it. Granted it would take some time....

On my Exhibit 1 I copied /system/bin/bootanimation over /system/bin/samsungani (made backup first) and then use /system/media/sanim.zip for bootanimations. sanim.zip is just a normal bootanimation.zip with just a different name.

I thought Samsung devices use qmg files and not zip files? I only have qmg files where my boot animation and splash screen is. :/
